- Oversee all marketing channels – digital, social, offline, and PR.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Lead performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive qualified leads.
- Optimize SEO, SEM, and AEO strategies to enhance online presence.
- Oversee marketing automation, CRM integration, and reporting dashboards.
Brand & Content:
- Strengthen the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Supervise creation of engaging video, social, and written content tailored to investors and buyers (local & international).
- Manage influencer and partnership collaborations to expand reach.
Team & Budget Management:
- Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team.
- Manage agency/vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Own and optimize the marketing budget with a clear ROI focus.
Market Intelligence & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of Dubai real estate and global property trends.
- Innovate with new platforms (AI, programmatic advertising, automation).
- Leverage data-driven insights for campaign optimization and strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years’ marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Dubai’s real estate or luxury sector.
- Proven track record in real estate lead generation and brand building.
- Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics.
- Experience managing multi-million AED budgets with demonstrable ROI.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a global mindset.
