Arabian Ranches is located opposite Studio City, along Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311) where it meets Umm Suqeim Road (D63). The central location and amenities make it a comfortable place to call home, with top retail, dining, healthcare and educational facilities just footsteps away.

Arabian Ranches was built by leading developer Emaar Properties, one of the country's largest real estate development companies and a major player in the global property industry.

There are two schools and three nurseries in Arabian Ranches 1 and 2, and 10 more within a 15 minute drive including Kings School, GEMS, and Brighton College.
There’s the popular Ranches Nursery and Primary School, Raffles Nursery, and JESS (Jumeirah English Speaking School) which offers a British Curriculum for kids between 3 and 18 years old.
